Coaching

There are many reasons why you might be considering Holistic Coaching with me, these are just a few examples:

 "I am unhappy" or "I'm feeling negative" ~ I am a big believer in cultivating a positive mindset. Life can be incredibly difficult at times for so many reasons. We are all unique in terms of how we react to and deal with the highs and the lows, the thoughts, feelings and emotions that we experience. I can offer you the holistic tools to encourage happiness and positivity. 

 

"I feel that I've lost myself and/or my sense of purpose somewhere along the way" ~ I can help you to feel inspired, fulfilled, your true self again. This undermining feeling can be due to numerous factors; relationships, parenting, children leaving home, being a carer, working long hours in a demanding job, loneliness, feeling stuck in a rut, being anxious about stepping outside of your comfort zone etc. It is particularly common in mid life but it can be rectified.

"I'm bored" ~ I can offer you the holistic tools to overcome boredom. We can identify your skills and talents and how to bring them back into focus. We can explore your dreams and aspirations and how you might achieve them.

"I don't believe in myself and my abilities" ~ Here we would look at your limiting beliefs and how to dispel them, we would explore the evidence that supports that you are indeed capable or identify how you might improve the situation.

 "Help! I'm stuck in a rut" ~ We need to focus on what lights you up? What excites you? What fulfils you? And also what blocks might prevent you from achieving these? How might you leave the safety net of your comfort zone?

"I want to try something new (e.g. a hobby, class/course, sport), travel, change career, take a career break, relocate etc but I'm feeling too scared!" ~ We can explore the blocks that might be preventing you from doing this and how to overcome them. We can put into place the actions needed towards achieving the change, taking small steps at first if it all sounds a bit daunting. 

 

"I'm seeking more clarity in my life but I just don't know where to start" ~ We can set the wheels in motion to identify what lights you up, what motivates you, what gives you a sense of purpose and fulfilment? And how to work with these areas moving forward. 

 

"I procrastinate and I don't get things done" ~ I can provide you with some useful tips. â€‹â€‹

Q & A's

Q. How do I decide if this type of Coaching is for me?

 

A. I offer all of my clients a FREE 15 minute phone/zoom call. This way you can decide if you like my approach and whether what I can offer will assist YOU.

 

Q. Where would we meet? 

 

A. I prefer my coaching sessions to be face to face, (I do offer online meetings). I can book a private, calm and comfortable space in Gloucester or Cheltenham dependent upon which location suits you best.

 

Q. How many sessions are right for me?

 

A. You can meet with me for an hour as a one off session, an hour per week or fortnight, or an hour per month. I can offer a one hour to three hour session during a morning/afternoon. Whatever you feel is right for YOU after our initial phone/zoom call. It's totally flexible. 

 

Q. What do you charge?

 

A. A one hour coaching session costs £65. I can offer your first session at a discounted rate, further sessions would cost £65 per hour. 

 

Q. What else do I need to know?

 

A. I am a Holistic Coach, I'm not a trained Counsellor or Therapist. I'm not a specialist in neurodiversity, parenting, grief as a few examples. This doesn't mean I can't offer you a holistic tool kit and coaching guidance ~ but I'm advising you that I'm not trained in these specific areas. Anything that you share with me will remain 100% confidential.
